Bookings & Payments

All package prices are per the option selected (solo, dual, couple or tempo/SUV) and are subject to GST. A confirmation advance secures your seat on the chosen date.

Trip Notes

• Trip starts with first-day dinner to trip final-day breakfast.
• Try to avoid heavy suitcases during the trip — carry a small bag for essentials.
• Riding jackets & gears are free only for the 8N/9D program.
• Photos & videos of 8N/9D program guests are shared through a drive link.

Safety & Conduct

Riders must hold a valid licence and follow the ride captain's instructions at all times. High-altitude travel carries inherent risks; travel insurance is included, but guests ride at their own responsibility.

Changes & Weather

Routes may change due to weather, road or permit conditions (e.g. Shyok route closures). We always prioritise rider safety and will offer the best possible alternative.
