Trip Itinerary
Arrival at Leh airport, hotel check-in, rest and acclimatization for the high altitude.
Spituk Monastery, Leh Palace, Pathar Sahib Gurudwara, Sangam Point, Hall of Fame, Magnetic Hill and Shanti Stupa.
Ride to Khardung La Pass (17,582 ft), then on to Diskit Monastery, Nubra Valley and the Hunder Sand Dunes.
Ride to Thang Village — the last village on the India–Pakistan border — via Turtuk.
Cross into Pangong Lake via the scenic Shyok Route and camp beside the famous blue waters.
Ride to Nyoma, paying tribute at the Rezang La War Memorial along the way.
Conquer Umling La Pass (19,024 ft) — the highest motorable road in the world — and visit Hanle.
Chumathang Hot Spring, Shey Palace, Thiksey Monastery and the '3 Idiots' School on the way back to Leh.
